[RESOLVED] NoScript conflicting with Outlook.com
Until recently I could use NoScript to check my Outlook email but today all of outlook functions aren't working with NoScript. Checked this by restarting Nightly with addons disabled and I could use outlook with no problem, then by disabling extensions one by one I found out the culprit was NoScript. I tried reinstalling the extension but it didn't work and outlook isn't working for me at the moment without having to restart or disable NoScript.
Thank you in advance for any help that you bring me.

Re: NoScript conflicting with Outlook.com
Can you provide the URL where this happens? Please enclose it in url tags, or check the 'Do not automatically parse URLs' box.
Which sites appear on your NoScript menu when this happens? If there's nothing that looks relevant, then is there anything on the Untrusted or Recently Blocked Sites submenus?
What kind of failure are you experiencing? Blank page? Missing page elements? Links don't work?

The site that appears on my NoScript menu is only live.com, no other site appears on the menu either on Untrusted or Recently Blocked Sites.
The page loads normally, I can see the menus and the list of emails, however whenever I want to click anything on the site it doesn't load up; whether its an unread email, changing folders, or any other option it doesn't work. The site updates with this url however whenever I click anything https://bay172.mail.live.com/mail/#.

Re: NoScript conflicting with Outlook.com
It works for me with the following whitelisted:
- live.com
- hotmail.com
- wlxrs.com

Re: NoScript conflicting with Outlook.com
Checked my whitelist and each of those sites are whitelisted. Rechecked on outlook and no dice, it still does not let me click on anything besides the Terms/Privacy/Developers/Language bar at the very bottom of the page, despite it being loaded correctly.
This error occurs on both my PC and Laptop, I'm using Firefox Nightly 22.0a1 up to date.

Re: NoScript conflicting with Outlook.com
Could you show me any apparently relevant message appearing in your Error Console (Ctrl+Shift+J) when the site loads and when a click fail?
Also, could you check on a clean profile with just NoScript installed?

Re: NoScript conflicting with Outlook.com
At loading this is what the error consoles gives as an error:
Timestamp: 3/8/2013 2:10:30 AM
Error: TypeError: doc.domain is undefined
Source File: chrome://browser/content/tabbrowser.xml
Line: 388
And this message:
www.outlook.com : server does not support RFC 5746, see CVE-2009-3555
When I click anything it doesn't give any errors, just warnings.
Tried with a new profile with only NoScript installed and it didn't work.

Re: NoScript conflicting with Outlook.com
Ooops, I'm afraid we're testing different things.
Rather than following your links (which sent me directly to my Hotmail test account), I tried to open outlook.com directly and I received this message:

Not sure how can I help at this point, unless someone has a spare outlook.com account for me to test. Thanks for your interest in Outlook.com. We’re upgrading millions of customers every day and have currently reached our limit. Please try again later.
In the meantime, you can still send and receive email using your Hotmail inbox

Re: NoScript conflicting with Outlook.com
You may also need to allow sfx.ms. Suddenly discovered that without it enabled, some things don't work (like pw changes etc.)

Yes, I see that also. & without it, it does not work.

Adding to the default whitelist if live.com is already allowed, thanks.access2godzilla wrote:You may also need to allow sfx.ms. Suddenly discovered that without it enabled, some things don't work (like pw changes etc.)

Re: NoScript conflicting with Outlook.com
Adding sfx.ms to my whitelist did nothing.
I'm kind of sure that it has to do with the way that the links are managed, as hovering over any link or option in outlook.com will provide the same link: https://bay172.mail.live.com/mail/#
