There are many scripts I have to allow over and over, on the same or new sites, like pinterest or en25. It's really tiresome.

Most likely something wrong in your profile is preventing Firefox from saving any preference, including NoScript's.
Please check whether this is a problem with other preferences as well, and if it is use Standard Diagnostic to look for the culprit.
