Firefox & IMDB.com Problem

I am having a problem with multiple listings ending up in my back button
history of the same page. I read a forum post from 2011 where NoScript
was causing this problem with IMDB.com. Could someone verify whether or
not they are having this same problem with Firefox and NoScript at
IMDB.com? Thanks.

To clarify, I am getting multiple duplicate listing in the back button
history. If I go to IMDB.com I will then I have to hit the back button
three or four times to get back to the previous page I was on because
of the multiple duplicate listings.

I don't have this problem. Could you please link to the forum post that you mentioned?

I'll have to try disabling NoScript and see if that does
anything. I have alot of open tabs and thought it
would be a pain to disable it but probably
not. No doubt it is probably being caused by something
else.

We use a slightly different troubleshooting method here, because if another add-on has a conflict with NoScript, and you add back that add-on first, then yes, re-enabling NS will cause the issue, but NS gets the blame. Also, the profile itself may in fact be corrupted, but only show issues with certain add-ons or situations.

Please create a clean profile from scratch. Install only NoScript, leaving all the defaults.
Does the problem still exist? If not, NoScript is not the culprit.

Try adding back your extensions, one at a time, until you find the one that causes the issue.
Then remove all the others, pairing only the suspected one with NoScript, to confirm that the remaining one is the issue.
If the problem is solved even with all add-ons reinstalled, then the previous profile was probably corrupt. Problem solved.

Let us know, thanks.
