So every once in a blue moon I like to go through my Whitelist in the options to prune all those "WTF is this site" that made it in, but before I delete them I like to Google the address to see what it is in case it was just an unfamiliar bookmark of mine, but there is no simple way to copy/paste it nor any simple 1,2 clicks solutions we can do to do a quick Google search or WOT search of the address in question. Can we add some sort of functionality to the Whitelist page like either a middle click like we have now with the hovering of NoScript icon, or a right click > Google search, or even just a copy/paste solution for quicker manual searching. Hope this made sense.

EDIT: OMG middle clicking actually works with Whitelist now? So I guess my suggestion can be ignored then, haha. Maybe still adding a Google search option to the information page could still be added in the future?

I'd suggest that you only temporarily whitelist sites unless you know you'll use them regularly. That should remove the need for pruning.

I use full addresses, so I have to specifically allow each subdomain and each protocol (http vs https), but my whitelist is only 160 entries including the built-in ones.

IMHO, the sites at the Site Info page are suitable because they are all specifically geared toward evaluating site safety and reputation.
Using https://startpgage.com or any other search engine certainly can provide info about a site, but you have to filter through dozens or scores of other results that may not shed information directly on the issue at hand.

I delete a fair number of the built-in ones, as I don't use many of those sites. Good practice in general, IMNO. YMMV.
