When NoScript is not on the bottom toolbar

I like to have NoScript's icon in the same row where the Bookmarks Bar is. I've notice an issue when it's up there. Whenever selecting a script to be set as Untrusted, you can only select one script at a time, because once you select a script the entire drop down box change size and causes the "Untrust" box to close.

When Untrusting scripts when the icon is located on the status bar this is not an issue. I can select multiple scripts to Untrust without the window disappearing.

I assume you meant the separate Bookmarks toolbar, not the bar on which all menus, including Bookmarks, are listed.
So I configured my Firefox in that manner, went to some sites, and marked scripts Untrusted.
The menu did not disappear, so long as I moved the mouse pointer back over the main menu. (E. g., over "Untrusted", if I wished to mark more scripts as Untrusted). However, if the mouse is not kept on the menu, then put back on the menu, the menu disappears. Or after a few seconds of mouse not on menu, the menu disappears.

I found no difference regardless of whether NS icon was on the top bar, on the Bookmarks toolbar, or on the add-ons (status) bar.
It all seems like the intended behavior to me.

Verifying that you have set about:config
noscript.stickyUI to "true", which is the default setting?

Yes, your assumption is correct, it is the separate Bookmarks Toolbar that I am referring to, not the FIle/Edit/View toolbar. I have the default settings. I believe you see what I am seeing. When the noscript icon is on the bottom I can click on as many scripts that I want to set to Untrusted as are on the list. With the noscript icon anywhere else, you have to move the mouse cursor back to "Untrusted" for the list of scripts to select the following script to set to Untrust.

The latter behavior happens when the noscript button is above the status bar. It is bothersome to have to reposition the mouse cursor back onto "Untrusted" to select the next script to Untrust each and every time.

Ah, yes, I do see it now.
Icon on bottom = Untrusted menu remains sticky.
Icon on top = Menu is sticky, but Untrusted sub-menu is not.

This does appear to be a bug. I'll let Giorgio know, thanks.
