there are 2 thunder5.exe process in the Task Manager.

Close Thunder.
Close your browser.
Verify that there is no Thunder in Task Manager.

Open browser.
FlashGot something.
At that point, are there then two instances of Thunder in Task Manager?

If so, then try the Standard diagnostic to see if there isn't some sort of conflict going on.

Or install an old version to verify that the older version does not have the same problem.

thx,I have tried to installing some old version,1.1.7 works well, the error occurs with 1.1.7 later.

from http://flashgot.net/changelog:

v 1.1.7.1
======================================================
x Restored compatibility broken by DownThemAll 1.1.0
x Improved compatibility with latest Thunder version

maybe the change "x Improved compatibility with latest Thunder version" brings that error.

Which brings to the question "which Thunder version are you using, exactly"?
