NoScript menu rendering issue ever since FF18

As the title says, ever since I updated to Firefox 18,
this started happening occasionally when I click on the NoScript menu. It happens at random, regardless of which site I'm currently on when I click it. The buttons are still there and active, if I click on an invisible button it'd work just as it normally would and if I close the menu and reopen it, it opens as normal with everything visible. It's more like just a minor annoyance than a serious issue but I thought I'd report it. I didn't manage to find any other threads about this, sorry if there are and I missed them.
Edit: I saw the troubleshooting thread but wanted to ask if this is some common problem before attempting any of that

Haven't heard or seen anything like.
My thoughts would be theme, other extensions, or video related settings - both in FF, like "acceleration" & on the OS end.

Had a few issues ever since I updated to FF18 - I created a new profile and did everything from scratch which fixed everything except this, which keeps persisting, even with nothing else installed. Hardware acceleration has always been disabled and I haven't made any OS changes in a long time. At least it's nothing serious, even if it doesn't get fixed I can live with it.

I received another report like this by email last week, on Windows 7 64bit too (was it you?)
Unfortunately, no matter how I try, I cannot reproduce it (even though I've got Windows 7 64 too).
Could you check whether the problem persist with
older NoScript versions (if not, tell me which is the newest which has not the problem) and/or with
Firefox Nightly?

No, it wasn't me, although good to hear it's not just me that's getting it. I rolled back to 2.6.4.2 and have been using it all day, so far it hasn't happened yet.

After 2 days use, I think it's safe to say this doesn't occur when using 2.6.4.2
Well scratch that, it just happened. I was on a purely flash player page (watching a stream) but I don't think it matters. Guess it's something to do with Firefox, no idea why it took 2 days thoguh

Same problem here.
The only thing that has changed since Firefox 17 is upgrading to 18.
Same issue, at odd random times, half of the noscript menu is invisible.
I only use it in the Navigation toolbar, and not on the Add-on bar.
I've always used it with the auto open on mouse hover if that helps.
Had been using 2.6.4.2
tried updating to 2.6.4.4 and same problem.
other than updating to 18, absolutely nothing else has changed.
It happens at random times on random websites.
In fact just happened now as i moved the mouse over it.
Left clicking the icon then "reloads" the menu and it all shows up.

What I have noticed is that it often only fails to render the part over noscript's "X sites are currently being blocked" popout which appears when you visit a page for a second or so and then hides. It happens over text on the page too, but over the popout seems to be more common.

I don't even use that bottom pop up, so it's definitely a deeper issue.
I use the icon on the navigation toolbar with the mouse over option enabled.
I have 1 icon down in the add-on bar to Revoke temp permissions.
it looks like starting with Firefox 18, they changed a few things internally for some API stuff, but i don't know what specifically.
I tested things a little further by adding a timer to the Firefox menus to slow them down, so there is a slight delay on opening, but that didn't help.
I have my windows menus set to open quicker via a regedit, so i thought maybe something with Ff18 is the problem, but the delay didn't change the issue.
I even disabled the mouse over so I would have to click the icon to open and close it and that didn't help either.
it would still occasionally not display the bottom half of the menu, and I noticed sometimes even just a little bit of the whole right side was missing.
It acted the same with 1 site listed or a dozen sites.
I still don't see any kind of pattern as to when it happens specifically though.
I even tried different themes, and disabled my userchrome file just in case.
it doesn't have a lot of tweaks but a few.
So far nothing has helped this odd problem.
I even updated to the latest Beta noscript 2.6.5.1.RC1 but same issue persists.
Not sure what else to try.
maybe it's something to do with garbage collection and the new javascript engine??????
Just throwing out ideas.

Unfortunately I'm still unable to reproduce this issue.
Mayeb we could post our graphic adapters and drivers details, to see if some correlations can be made...

A problem that can't be reproduced right away through a set of actions is problematic. Let's it's a Firefox issue, if it was easily reproducible you could locate what change between Firefox 17 and 18 did this (go to
https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/ for the current changes).
Does disabling hardware acceleration or setting
gfx.content.azure.enabled to
false help (that AFAIK landed was got default-enabled with Firefox 17, but since then changes might have been made)?

hardware acceleration has been disabled for a long time, since around Firefox 7, and still is. It never seemed to do anything but kick my cards into 3d clocks then back down again.
I'll try the gfx.content.azure.enabled to false next, it's on default of true.
I just slowed down my windows menus setting from 50 to 400 just in case FF18 has some odd tightened timing of some sort.
FYI the reg setting is:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop MenuShowDelay was at 50, changed it to 400. (windows default is 400)
I'm running dual 6970's Xfired, with Cat 12.9 driver 9.1.0.0 Win 7 64 bit.
just to reiterate absolutely nothing was changed, tweaked or updated, except the update from 17 to 18. All other troubleshooting things done as listed above.

Ok, that didn't work. (menus speed adjustment)
trying the gfx.content.azure.enabled changed to false now, and will report back.

dhouwn,
you may be on to something.
So far I haven't been able to get the problem to appear since changing the setting gfx.content.azure.enabled from the default true to false.
One website I could sometimes get it to happen to was sony.com
I've been surfing the web, and going back and forth to there and can't get the problem to surface again.
I'll keep testing and report back.
Saltytrout,
maybe try the same setting and report back as well.

Well, issue still occurs.
thought it was good, as I couldn't get it to re-occur for quite some time, but it just happened again at a different website, so i reset that setting.
Any other ideas?
