hello,
"allow all this page" and "temporarily allow all this page" - they're right next to each other,
accidentally clicked on "allow all" when I only meant to give temp access.
Is there an easy way to undo "allow all", or do I just have to look at the whitelist and
try to figure out?
Once you "allow all", how can I find out what sites were added?

Re: allow all this page - undo
There isn't an automatic way to undo Allow All, I'm afraid; you'll just have to check it manually. You have at least the advantage that you can look at the menu to see what is being allowed, and forbid it.
What you can do for the future is remove Allow All This Page from the menu, under Options - Appearance.

OK thanks for the info.
I've removed allow all and allow all globally from the menu.
