Mark as Untrusted doesn't appear as option

Even though it's ticked off in options 64-bit W7, last couple versions of NS FF 17.0.1
Can you send a screenshot of your menu?
This may sound obvious, but in the absence of details, I have to ask: Are you aware that this option is accessed via the Untrusted submenu? Hover/click on the NoScript icon, go to the Untrusted submenu, and you should see options to Mark as Untrusted for sites that you have not whitelisted. NB If a site is whitelisted, it will not appear here until you remove it from the whitelist.
