Giorgio,

With everything on amazon whitelisted and iframes blocked for trusted, three Z stacked (on top of each other) iframe placeholders covering the whole visible area appear (on home page or any product page). It takes three shift clicks to dismiss them.

Is it possible you are miscalculating their size? I am aware of the collapse option, but can this be addressed without resorting to that?

It's a miscalculation in facts: those 3 frames have "display: none", and therefore their placeholder should be the "reduced" 32x32 version.
Fixed in current code, to be released as stable later today.
