[RESOLVED] javascript: URIs do not work with ABP

Adblock Plus 2.2.1
Neither bookmarklets nor javascript: URIs work when both ABP (no filters) and NoScript (reset to default settings) are both enabled. No "toggle noscript.allowURLBarJS" dialog appears and nothing is displayed in the error console.
