1.9.2.5/6 Observations

Can't be certain of the cause, but upon installation into SeaMonkey 1.1.16, the dialog box mentioned 1.9.2.4.

Restarting & About NoScript shows 1.9.2.5.

A second (or is it a third) install now, & the install dialog box has hung?

Cancel was ineffective, the dialog remained.
Quitting the browser did actually quit.

That hang may have been an oddity. Installing yet again, completed successfully.

Adblock Plus.

Should the dialog box be fired asynchronously?

Dialog should include something like ...

<Would you like to support NoScript by letting ...>

Clicking OK will allow for this support & will add some filters to Adblock Plus.
Clicking Cancel, will make cause no changes to be made to Adblock Plus filters.

<You can disable or remove it at any time ...>

Link to FAQ (which clearly explains the changes made by an OK, that no changes are made if Cancel is selected, & how one goes about disabling or removing at any time).

(As is FAQ link couldn't be clicked until after the dialog box has been answered. Is that a modal/non-modal thing?)

Immaterial at this point.
No longer an issue since NoScript 1.9.2.6.

That's the right way to handle it. Now hopefully this issue may be laid to rest.

Yes it got fixed in 1.9.2.6 and all is well but some are complaining that it is doesn't chew and swallow for them and reading the message and choosing the built in typical ok/cancel response to a JS prompt is too much for them to handle now. It seems they just want to find something to drag this out and keep complaining.
