Media Download Manager select Browser Built In NO effect?

FlashGot 1.4.8.4 Media Download Manager select (Browser Built In).
Firefox v16.0.1 en-US version.
To YouTube click media icon download OK...
But Firefox v16.0.1 zh-TW version.
To YouTube click media icon download NO effect ???
WHY ???
