Have you tried Standard Diagnostic, simply put, you will have to enable your extensions one at a time until you encounter the error and then you know which one is causing it and then you can narrow down if its done by itself or in conjunction with a conflict with another extension you had previously enabled. Its a pain, for sure but then anything worth doing would be.
I am currently running with only Noscript enabled, i've disabled all plug-ins, brand new profile, deleted the extension files from this brand new profile before coming here. Still no icon.
Is my windows just bugged?
