Ok, I see a lot of posts since Giorgio told me to try the new code, so I hope its not lost in the mix but that new code which doesn't use top works just fine and produces the following output but using the original code no matter what you do or how many times it will fail to evaluate properly.
NOTE: I took out the two sections because I don't want to get flooded with crap at my IP.

Both codes worked here, though neither would work on first attempt after browser startup.
Second attempts worked.
You're sure it is your IP & not belonging to Facebook?
Seemingly it should be returning a Facebook IP.
Checking the '?' icon, your IP looks to be different.

Sorry for the delay, it was a bad weekend. But I am sending it to you right now.
@therube, I am pretty sure the script was checking for MY IP and not facebook's but anyway...

@Giorgio,
I sent you the email with the file you requested, any ideas what's going on and where to go from here? It still happens here and there and without warning or rhyme or reason. It makes no sense why the LOCAL is invoked when there is no, absolutely NO, local traffic whatsoever. I am curious to find out what's going on here, so it would be good to hear from you. Thanks.
