This page:
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfile ... _id=673210

Alt+click:
MediaInfo_GUI_0.7.13_Windows_i386_WithoutInstaller.7z
Works.
If I go to this page:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/mediain ... z/download

I can use the "direct link" & successfully pull down the file.
Does not work.
Alt+click does not work on 'direct link' (or 'mirror').
Instead downloading 'index.htm' (or 'mirror_choices').
Works.
This page:
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfile ... e_id=90341

This (file) link (MediaInfo_GUI_0.7.14_Windows_i386_WithoutInstaller.7z):
http://sourceforge.net/project/download ... staller.7z
Works.
Works.

So the one situation did fail.

It seems to be a SourceForge bug, probably related to their load-balancing setup.
Alt+click on "direct link" on that page works for me sometimes, downloading a 1.8MB file, fails some other times (re)loading the page itself.
The request is identical, and I can reproduce the same ambivalent random behavior even with a normal in-browser click (independently from FlashGot).
Simply put, navigating http://downloads.sourceforge.net/projec ... netcologne from http://sourceforge.net/projects/mediain ... netcologne (attention: the origin page is important, because SF refuses the download if the HTTP Referer header exists but is not a sourceforge one) redirects sometimes on http://netcologne.dl.sourceforge.net/pr ... staller.7z (the mirror), sometimes back to http://sourceforge.net/projects/mediain ... netcologne (the origin page itself, which is clearly not what we want).

Alt+click on the "mirror" link is "fails correctly", instead, because that link lands on the mirror list to give user a choice.
