@cbeckstein:
does it happen also on a clean profile with just latest NoScript installed?

Yes, I confirm amico.
Back to previous version and all fine. Even Wordpress' Ajax Edit Comments - if you're aware of it - is now working again.
Thanks.

I tested several of the pages on malwarebytes.org and
http://www.spiegel.de. They all loaded completely.
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.3) Gecko/20090824 Firefox/3.5.3
NoScript 1.9.9.12 with default settings; no other extensions
Allowed malwarebytes.org and spiegel.de
This type of problem has been reported by users that don't use NoScript too. Deleting the cookies for the problematic sites and clearing the cache usually corrects it. Try that.

Could you upgrade back and check if setting the
noscript.checkHijackings about:config preference to false changes anything?

Please revert that property back to true and check if
latest development build 1.9.9.13 fixes your issue.
Damn hard to reproduce, though. I couldn't yet

no other pages/sites are being affected;so far.
if i disable no script the pages load fully, not disabled and they dont.
i have let all scripts load on that page.
the problem occured after the latest update.
I too, had the same page loading problems. This happens with many different pages, although not all. Some may not load at all, while others just don't fully complete. NoScript's home page is one that will not finish loading...

When I downgraded to the previous edition of NoScript, all pages load completely and reasonably quickly.
I have seen that too but usually ends up being a page that is xslt based and I have it untrusted and therefore blocked or something that is 100% flash and its untrusted, so nothing shows. That part is normal. Its when you see nothing when a page is trusted that is the issue. I have noticed this here and there but in each case trusting it and then restarting Fx and loading the page worked fine, annoying yes I agree, but not sure what's causing it. Since it loads in a clean profile without NS just fine, I have to assume its that, since with NS disabled and other extensions left alone, it works.
Now I have noticed that on a client website Ally Bank, when you click on log out button on the top right, a blank tab is generated and I have narrowed that down to a clearclick protection issue causing it. This is because on occasion it will say something about a clearclick but there is nothing there to cause it and when you cancel and try again, it works fine with no warning, so not sure why its happening but it is happening. Its not so that function is disabled but the annoyance is just as unnerving. Its probably something so small and benign that its getting missed but I have full faith that if its a functional issue, Giorgio will figure it out and resolve it. In the meantime, I just live with the annoyance and when it becomes functionally too much, I use Chrome temporarily or load my "lite" profile to complete what I need. This is the button image:
I have dealt with some seriously obscure and difficult to reproduce issues that Giorgio managed to reproduce in time and got it fixed, so I'd say try the new build and give it some time to narrow down the issue. The button that causes clearclick for me for example is nothing fancy, just a picture button. I have however, deduced that it is possible that the focus frame that is generated when you select an object or click on it, might be shifting it enough to cause that error. That might need to be tweaked to account for the button behavioral shift when clicked so that it avoids that error.

Pages are failing to load and some sites. I cannot even get to.
http://www.msn.com http://www.ign.com will not even load. If I disable NS. They work fine. Once enabled. Pages will not load. Also when going to some websites. You can see some of the scripts on the bottom of the page trying to load. But, nothing happens. Previous release has neither of these problems.
