Yes, some sites have a lot of scripts, but you almost never need more than 4 different sources per page, the rest is mostly ads, tracking, and bullshit resource skimming. That is what No script provides. Tailoring websites to only run things you actually want/need.
I fully agree with your lines! Same here, and it works really well with the new NoScript, even better than before IMHO.

Well all were fine until this morning .Every site that i did went back to untrusted. it's like i just install noscript all over again

To UNTRUSTED or to DEFAULT?
In the latter case, are you sure you disabled the clock after setting the site to TRUSTED?
