I took a look and it seems it is an adaptation of a previous extension that used to allow you to customize your header but you had to manually choose which sites to apply to. If this is similar to NoScript by allowing you to create the decision per site without manually going in and keeping a list, then its wonderful. I will take a look later when I have time but a cursory look shows promise.
