Only other idea I have, given that I can't access this, is to clear the Untrusted list (back it up first by NoScript Options > Whitelist > Export - the Export unique to the whitelist panel, *not* the one on the very bottom of NoScript Options), then Allow Scripts Globally and see if it works then...
Clear Untrusted (again, *after* backing up):
about:config > noscript.untrusted (right-click it > Reset)

WFM.
Was able to get a login.
Other then the other day, never been to "cnbc".
Suppose this is a "live" clip,
http://www.cnbc.com/live-tv/american-gr ... 6155203605 ?
All I did was install NoScript, Allow Global, load the page & pick the first video.

That is a recorded show and I can watch that without any problem as I said before.
On that linked page itself, click on " Watch Live " menu written on the top of that page. See if that works for you.
Or again here is the link for the live CNBC TV program.
www.cnbc.com/live-tv/
Please try it

Sorry for the late reply. I tried that now. It didn't help.
Now I did a clean install of FF 39. As usual, I can watch the Live CNBC program. Then I added the NoScript, after that I see only the circling arrow in the middle.
I used to watch CNBC TV LIVE programs until last year with NoScript active in this same PC with the same OS, but I don't remember the working version number. Later on, as the new NoScript versions came along I couldn't watch it anymore and I gave up.
I didn't know there is a forum like this to ask for help until recently.
