I'm having a similar problem. Noscript cannot seem to remember temporarily allowed domain.
Steps:
- I go to a site
- I click "temporarily allow all from XXX"
- reload the page
- scripts are not enabled for this domain, and I still see the option to allow all from XXX in NoScript
What also does not work for me is auto reload of site once I allow a domain. This was working before.
I'm on FF Nightly x86_64.

@mehturt, could you see if your issue persists in FF 33 release?

No, unfortunately I'm not using NoScrit with 33. Is it expected that it might not work with nightly? I did not have any issues so far.
Can you test this case?
- add particular host to whitelist (e.g. AAA.BBB.com), while the whole domain BBB.com is not in white list
- go to the site AAA.BBB.com (for me it says scripts are disabled, it's my owncloud instance, where it displays a nice banner saying I need to enable JavaScript)
- allow whole domain BBB.com via NoScript toolbar icon
- reload the site
- it still says scripts are disabled, and I still can allow the whole domain BBB.com via toolbar icon

Not sure if something has changed in NoScript or FF nightly, but it works fine now.
