Yes, but will restoring a previously exported settings JSON which does not contain the surrogates clobber the ones that come with NoScript?
OK, I backed up just the whitelist and uninstalled/reinstalled NoScript, then restored my whitelist. The other surrogates do appear now, but Sci2 still doesn't work, as you found earlier.
When updating the surrogate script, can you be sure to look at google-analytics.com too? It looks like it might also be affected.
