Ok updated to VLC 2.1.1 both in 32bit and 64 bit and managed to somehow get the song running after a series of permissions from the firewall.

But curiously I am not able to lock into the display name from either left click or rc on the FG icon, hence making download not possible. This is from a clean profile. But surprisingly the same is downloadable thru VDH when I tried it from a regular profile.

Sorry I had to go about this because of unseen interferences from other apps like firewall..
But am sure I am not able to either left-click or right -click on the icon balloon to download them. It is slipping..Moreover the FG 95rc1 does not stay there foreover and vanishes after the initial flashes and a brief stay..
