Yes, but they used the whole length of the article hedging their bets and trying to offset their "conclusion" as basically translated to "DEPENDS". Otherwise, you BEGIN with saying, the most secure browser is THIS and HERE is why and compare it to the others where you need to make a determination. Not the other way around throwing individual analysis of each browser and then saying, but here is what we think. They are leaving the user deciding WHY they chose that, not arguing their position, see the difference?
