How to undo/reset xss for opening a page from an email
Hi, I receive NY Times emails. When I click on a link in firefox the tab opens, but nothing is in it, just a blank white page. I'm no tech expert. I must have probably clicked on the xss block all, like I usually do when pages want to cross and let a third party site have access to my info. However, those pages open fine. The NY Times pages do not. How can I fix this so as to allow the articles to open like they do in my other browsers. Thanks.

If this is due to XSS filter, see viewtopic.php?f=8&t=25254 for how to unblock it.

Hi,
Disabled noscript and it works fine. With noscript enabled, nothing.
Sorry, but I don't know enough about all that was written. Where do I find these files and how do I create new ones?
Thanks.

Re: How to undo/reset xss for opening a page from an email
Ok I'll try to summarise it:
1) Reproduce the issue and check Browser Console (Cmd-Shift-J) for a message similar to the one I noted in viewtopic.php?p=98941#p98941 .
2) NoScript Options > Export
3) Open your export file and delete offending entry from xssUserChoices section. Use info from (1) to help you figure out which entry is the culprit.
(Make sure the last entry in the xssUserChoices section does *not* have a trailing comma.)
4) NoScript Options > Import, pick the modified export file.
Does it work now?
