[Tor] Incorrect default settings
I confirmed with my install of Firefox that the correct default settings of allow only frame and fetch are set. However, When using latest version of the Tor browser, the default settings for NoScript is to allow everything. Each time I visit a new page the default changes back to allow everything making it so that I am unable to save settings to be secure by default. I have tried clearing browser cache and reloading and restarting computer. I removed and re-added NoScript with no effect.

*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!
