"enforced" true on start?

Hi,
sometimes users click the wrong icon and disable Noscript completely for some &?%$=§)#:! websites and don't re-enable it. It would be nice, when Noscript could enable itself on startup, maybe as an option. Or/and If the dangerous icon could be hidden...
In old versions I recommended adding this to user.js:
user_pref("noscript.contentBlocker", true);

Yes it can be hidden. Click in the middle of the top bar of the NoScript popup, and you can drag & drop the icons.

No. My wish is a Noscript-default or setting like "enforce on startup".
