Message "This is a privileged page, ..."

I am having periodic problems loading pages I normally use. I get the message "This is a privileged page, whose permissions cannot be configured." But the page won't load. Is there anything I can do?

Removed the email address. We don't give email support, but this being a public forum there are surely bad bots looking to harvest email addresses for spamming and other nefarious purposes.

What version of NoScript are you using?
Could you please post the link to one of these pages?
