Should there be a help button on the NS 10 popup?

I know there's no official NoScript 10 documentation page, but is it time for a help button on the NoScript 10 popup? It could take the user to a page with links similar to the ones at the top of https://noscript.net/:

• A Basic NoScript 10 Guide
• NoScript 10 primer by Jeaye
• Quantum vs Legacy comparison

Currently, users must search for help on their own, so this would have great "bang for the buck/euro", because it seems simple to implement.
