(Is it normal that is is running dmaster.exe rather then Flashgot.exe?)

I don't understand.
In row 540 (on image) dmaster gets result of flashgot. dmaster is running but does not get links.

Two issues here:
  1. FAQ 1.3: you've got a non-ascii user name and therefore need to relocate the FlashGot temporary directory
  2. You seem to have created a custom Download Master entry. Once you cope with #1, you should delete this custom entry, re-run autodetection and use the built-in Download Master support.
