I'm using Firefox 59.0.1 (64 bit) on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS along with NoScript 10.1.7.2.
Since Firefox-59 was installed, when I open the url http://dailymail.co.uk , and then click the NoScript icon on my toolbar, Noscript responds with the message "In order to operate on this tab, NoScript needs to reload it. Proceed?".
This did not happen with Firefox-58.
If I click OK to proceed, the page reloads, but NoScript shows the same message, so it seems to be in some kind of loop.
The only reason that I looked at the NoScript options for the URL given is that the site was not rendering correctly (with Firefox-58 there were no problems), normally for that site there are no scripts allowed.
I have not noticed problems on my other regularly used websites with Firefox-59.
There were no changes to Firefox or Ubuntu other than loading Firefox-59 and a security-update of Ubuntu.
This is only a minor annoyance, but I'm puzzled about the cause. Any advice ?

Same problem, it can successfull update from 5-10 time when I pressed reload page in noscript menu. Windows 7 x64 and stable mozilla branch 59 x86 and Ublock origin, url does not matter, bug appear on different pages, laptop with windows 8.1 x64 affected too with same version of FF and Ublock, seems platform does not matter too, on my gentoo with ESR mozilla and old ublock origin + noscript I have no problems, seems where is no updates to ESR mozilla?Since Firefox-59 was installed, when I open the url http://dailymail.co.uk , and then click the NoScript icon on my toolbar, Noscript responds with the message "In order to operate on this tab, NoScript needs to reload it.
