This is a known limitation in Quantum which will be overcome as soon as possible.

Please check latest development build. No placeholders yet, but the truly important bits are there now :)

v 10.1.7rc1
=============================================================
+ WebGL blocking now honored on scripted pages
x Quantum RC versions are hosted on secure.informaction.com
from now on due to beta channel deprecation on AMO

Yes, it is better now but when I select custom NoScript doesn't mark WebGL as hinted blocked element.
Example: https://get.webgl.org/

Ah, nice that this got fixed. However, looking at the code, I need to ask if you are familiar with the frame/iframe "workarounds"?
