sometimes when I visit a website Javascript is blocked although the site has been in the whitelist for a long time and never been removed. The context menu does not show "Allow domain.xxx" but "Allow http://domain.xxx". This can be resolved temporarily by clicking this menu entry. It only happens occasionally for no apparent reason and only on digg.com and my own domain so far. I cannot intentionally reproduce it myself.
I've tried a new profile, resetting the preferences of NoScript and using the developer's version, nothing helped. This bug popped up several versions ago and I was hoping for it to be found & fixed with time. It's still there for me, however. Unfortunately I cannot remember which version it began with.
