In the meanwhile you can use Orbit Downloader, which works just fine with RS Premium and FlashGot.

Re: JDownloader support?
You need:
- To login in RS from Firefox
- To enable the "direct downloads" option in your Premium preferences
- To use "FlashGot Link" or "FlashGot Selection" or "FlashGot All" to send the links to your download manager.

Re: JDownloader support?
You can ask and pressure them directly at irc://irc.freenode.net/jdownloader
I've been able to use a SVN copy of JDownloader with FlashGot integration, but I've got no idea of when they will publish a beta or release build.

Re: JDownloader support?
Hi heard Jiaz (one of the JDownloader's core developer) yesterday, and he said they'd like to release a FlashGot-enabled version (bundling FlashGot too, no less) in a week or so

It doesn't matter, as long as you start JDownloader before starting Firefox at least once.magma_saber wrote:where should i put the jdownloader folder?

Hello
Would you please be able to look into the following post, posted by buggsy on JDownloader's forum:
Could the problem be the usage of java.exe instead of javaw.exe?
Cheers!

I encounter the same problem, which I believe to be FlashGot's fault.I recently used the IRC chat and got some assistance for some problems. However, there was one that no one knew how to solve.
The problem is:
When I try to FlashGot a link without JDownloader already running, something happens where the Java Console pops up showing all the commands? lines? executed to run JDownloader, rather than keeping hidden.
Then, once JDownloader has opened, the console does not go away, and if I close the console, it will close JDownloader.
I uninstalled Java and all settings folders/files I could find and reinstalled it, but it produced the same symptom.
Here is a screenshot: http://imgur.com/oCzZA.jpg
Any suggestions?

Cheers!
