Hi,
the bug I'm talking about has been here for almost 3 weeks (it appeared when the "temporary" buttons got added), unfortunately everyone seemed to ignore it at the hackademix website, so hopefully someone here can help and fix it:
If I enable a specific script (check the "scripts" box) on e.g. Youtube, let's say for googletagservices.com, it also automatically enables them for doubleclick.net, gstatic.com and all the others.
It does the same thing when I disable a script, it automatically disables all the other ones except those that are set to "trusted".
It doesn't matter what website I test it with, it's always doing it and the scripts actually get enabled/disabled (I checked on Youtube), so it's not just a visual thing anymore that the "scripts" boxes get checked (even though it was in an earlier version).
There's also something else:
When you click on the "NoScipt" icon in a new tab, it opens the full list of trusted websites. I have an entry for "https://www.amazonmusiclocal.com" BUT it's actually not a single entry but half of the list (appr. 300) is filled with it and I can't seem to get rid of it.
Firefox: 57.0.2 (same problem with 57.0.0)
NoScript: 10.1.5.7 (but, like I said, it's been a problem for 3 weeks)
Checkbox enables every script / multiple entries in options

Are you setting the checkmarks for the "default" preset?
Because if you click on "default" and allow scripts, scripts are allowed by default, for all pages that you didn't sort into trusted or untrusted.
you should not change the checkmarks while a page is set to default. If you want a specific site to have custom permissions, set it to custom and customize the rights.
If you want to temporarily trust a page, create a temporarily trusted rule.

That would be the Noscript options screen. You can reach the same screen from firefox-> addons -> options.
When you are in a tab that has not loaded any page, clicking the button directly brings up the options.
