Script leaking on restart

Post by lancelot »

There are still some issues in 10.1.5.7 with reloading the pages when quitting and restarting Firefox. Some scripts get executed (I see some elements that are not there when I reload the page with Ctrl-R), and the page is shown as partially allowed when it's not allowed.

browser.sessionstore.restore_on_demand is set to false.

Your best bet is setting it to true.
While CSP headers should be cached (and therefore at least first-party script blocking being persisted), at this moment there's no guarantee that WebExtensions get fully initialized before the first page starts loading. It's something Firefox devs are trying to fix in time for 59.

I see, thanks for the explanation. Maybe there should be a "Possible Issues" summary somewhere.
