NoScript 10 doesn't remember settings on some sites

Post by Terepin »

And one those sites is http://www.shmu.sk/sk/?page=1. I set the site as allowed, but after restarting Firefox it's back to blocked. This makes NoScript unusable for me.

It's not just this domain -- since i could finally use/reinstall NoScript again under FF 57.0.2 (Win7x64SP1), it's not working.

Oviously, it doesn't save its settings -- the black/whitelist is at default after every restart of FF.

I can only remember a small pop-up while reinstalling, which said sthg like: "NoScript needs additional permissions now, reinstall AddOn to..." If this helps in any way.

I just tried that site, setting it as Trusted was saved successfully. Closed Firefox, reopened it and the site was still set as Trusted. When you click Trusted, make sure to click the clock again to make the permission permanent. The smaller faded clock means Trusted is permanent.

@boelam thank you, obviously also the solution for my problem! ,-)

but still, think there's some space for UIimprovement in this detail...as far as the lock turns green on the first click, and the clock only changes slightly when double clicked (why should i even double click a switch?!)...it's not obvious -- especially to new users -- why one should click the symbol twice for permanent setting.

Thank you! I never realized I need to do this.
