NS and filling in PW's

I have noticed that with NS enabled there is a significant lag (3+ sec) when using a right click to fill in PW's on certain sites with many (10 to 12) scripts where I allow about half. With NS not enabled the PW's are filled in with no delay.

To my recollection this was not true with NS prior to FF57. I have also observed this behavior on FF58b9.

Is this a known issue, the lag, and if so will it be addressed?
