NS 10.1.5.3 allows all scripts by default
NS 10.1.5.3 allows all scripts by default
It seems the this version allows all scripts by default. I have to manually untrust them to be safe. Is there an option to change this behavior?

Please set a site to Default, then mouse over the "Default" label and click the gear that shows up. You should now see a list of checkboxes. Which ones are checked?

Re: NS 10.1.5.3 allows all scripts by default
In default mode there is a brown surrounding around some checkboxes. First I thought it means they are required
to be checked, but there is no difference if you check them or not.
If you check some boxes in the first row, the same items are checked automaticly in all the following rows too. (Even if I think some of the domains are dubious to my mind; for example doubleclick.com). Is it necessary or otherwise there is not sense if you have to go through every row box by box??

The dark background behind a checkbox means that NoScript has seen a request of that type to that domain. It helps you know what the current page is doing with that domain.Bencyc wrote:In default mode there is a brown surrounding around some checkboxes. First I thought it means they are required

Today updated NS to 10.1.5.5 and I set all to "default" in option site.barbaz wrote:Please set a site to Default, then mouse over the "Default" label and click the gear that shows up. You should now see a list of checkboxes. Which ones are checked?
The boxes checked in addition to Frame, Fetch and Other
also show "Script" allowed in every line. That cannot be a purpose? Or what is the idea of that?

Frame, Fetch and Other are correct but Script is unchecked here after resetting, as it should be.
