restore the the way it used to revoke permissions

when i evoke permissions it reload the tab i'm on even tough it's not affected by the change,
it just reload whatever tab i'm on when clicking revoke,
and i used to intentionally close the tab where the permissions change when done with it and go to another tab and then revoke so i won't have to go through the reload page procedure.
