Re: NoScript 10.1.3 (not RC) un-maximizes FF57
As I tested I found that it happens as soon as I press the mouse button on the noscript icon, even before releasing it. Pressing and quickly dragging cursor away opens a popup window for site prefferences instead of doing nothing.

Anyone know whether or not Giorgio has been made aware of this issue and if he's already working on a fix?

Re: NoScript 10.1.3 (not RC) un-maximizes FF57
Can confirm the issue. was not there with 10.1.3c.
a linux 14.04 lts ubuntu machine i updated from 5.1.7 directy today has not this issue. this Win 7 64 bit has it. also an ubuntu 16.04. lts on which it always opens the settings tab by clicking on the ns icon. this machine is unusable in this setup, i cant access the menu to switch permissions.
reverting to 10.1.3c3

How was this not picked up in testing?

Re: NoScript 10.1.3 (not RC) un-maximizes FF57
basically because it's a one man team, and what this version tried to fix (namely a significant number of users running a version with a broken config from the version BEFORE that) was more important.bobblebob wrote:How was this not picked up in testing?
The core problem is that this specific iteration of Noscript is now 2 weeks old, because the move to webext basically forced a cold restart. Issues are to be expected. I prefer cosmetic ones over broken functionality.
Although, as I type that... I have gone back to 1.3c3 which doesn't have that bug nor any of the others (that I care about).

NoScript 10.1.3 popup resizes Browserwindow
I didn't see a post to this topic by quickly scanning the forum so here is the curriosity i encounterd:
I have NoScript 10.1.3 installed and if i click on the NoScript icon in the menu bar the NoScript popup is shown as expected but by this time the browser windows is slighty expanded in horizontal. If you are in fullscreen mode the browser window even leaves the fullscreen mode to adjust his width on my windows desktop.
This happens every time i click the icon, so if i just proceed clicking the icon over and over again the window changes his width everytime for some pixels.
Is this a known bug? What is happening?
