How ro delete the entire list of sites?

Because of the bugs from a few versions ago, my list of trusted sites now is riddled with sites I don't want to trust.
Going through the list manually to undo this is a bigger hassle than building an entire new list.
How can I delete the ENTIRE list of sites that is shown when I go to the NoScript settings page?

you can either cut out big chunks at a time from the debug log (options -> check debug )

or you can replace the storage-sync.sqlite file with one from a second fresh profile
