New version allows everything!

I don't know why NoScript had to change. I liked to have it set to nothing allowed unless I allowed. Now I have popups and whatnot coming through all the time. Have had to put a load of stuff in the Hosts file just to block some hijack sites. If this continues I'll just uninstall it because it's a nuisance now. The interface is confusing and looks like something 20 years old.
