Grouping/Associating URLs in NoScript 10.x

Thanks for the new NoScript 10.1.3.

In the NoScript options, I have URL links that I have customised (approved as 'trusted', 'custom', 'untrusted' etc) that look like:
https://e12fikfflryjjy.cloudfront.net/images
Here the site owner is using the default identifier automatically assigned to them by AWS CloudFront instead of registering their domain name with CloudFront like:
https://example.com/images/

I would like group/associate URLs with domain that I was visiting and then approved that associated URL. Then benefit is knowing the impact when deleting a URL from the flat list or changing a permission. I can see the flat list will grow with time and needs means to tame its size.
