XSS sanitization can't get disabled in NoScript for Firefox Quantum

1) Open the NoScript setting page tab

2) disable (uncheck) XSS protection ("sanitize cross-site suspicious requests")

3) Close that NoScript setting page tab

4) Re-open the NoScript setting page tab again

5) XSS sanitization still remains enabled (checked)
