10.1.2 stopped working

Noscript 10.1.2 + FF57 suddenly stopped working. It does not show ANY sites if I click on the icon despite the page I am on. I cannot open the settings via the icon - but I can open them via the addon manager but no sites there anymore. I uninstalled it, removed all noscript entries from prefs.js, anything which referenced noscript there but still the same after reinstall. It does not seem to be doing anything at all.

Any ideas? How/what to debug/check?
