Unable to unblock a site using 10.1.2

When I try to allow http://re.ssec.wisc.edu/ to run scripts by setting ...wisc.edu to trusted in the dialog, it just switches back to default (and blocked) on page reload. Adding the site to my trusted site list has no effect.

Thank you, toggling the green lock to red does allow it to load.
