Long-time user, first time complainer.
So, the "Options" UI is okay... I'm not a fan but I'll get used to it. What I would very much like is the full URL displayed, on the page dialog as well as the main options page.
Moreover, I'm going to further suggest you reduce the size (width) of the icons, and use hover-over to show descriptions for newbies.
Right now I'm struggling to set per-page blocking on the discovered links because in some cases, I might block an entire TLD, and in others, I might segregate it by a specific server.
Thanks in advance for your consideration.

Re: New options, UI
I'm not a fan of the hover over, personally. The icons are unintuitive (and an eyesore). My reasoning for not liking the hover-over descriptions is that you can't hover over on Firefox for Android. Then you're left with confusing icons to interpret.

Re: New options, UI
I must say I find the new interface difficult to use, and just not worth my time to fiddle with. The old interface was comparatively a joy to use: something simple like "Temporarily allow" was two clicks total, and the site disappeared from the list afterwards. I'm uninstalling noscript until something similar to the old menu shows up.
Perhaps it's just time for me to uninstall Firefox and go all Chrome all the time (and live with its limitations).
NOTE: I'm not criticizing Giorgio M: I know how much work this is, and can only guess at the limitations of the new WE API.
