When I enter safe mode, NoScript does no longer react, when I click on it. No menu pops up, making it impossible to allow scripts for websites opened in safe mode.
Everything open in standard mode still works.

Err, Safe Mode is suppose to disable all extensions. NoScript is not supposed to be enabled at all in Safe Mode and the fact that it is means you should file a bug with Mozilla.

I meant Incognito (or however it is called in English in Firefox). Sorry for the confusion.
