Whenever one of my Untangle server modules block a website and shows the alert page, NoScript ABE blocks it.
Ex: Request {Get http://***.***.*.*/virus/blockpage?nonce=920970c9f7dd460f&tid=5 <<< http://www.eicar.org/download/eicar.com, http://eicar.org/anti_virus_test_file.htm, http://www.eicar.org/anti_virus_test_file.htm} filtered by ABE: <LOCAL> Deny
How do I add an exception there to prevent that?

Yes that's Untangle.
I believe it affects for all filter modules, but so far only occurred with Web Filter and Virus Blocker.
I have Spam Blocker, Phish Blocker, Spyware Blocker, Virus Blocker, Intrusion Prevention, and Firewall as filters.

No, according to Google.
Anyways, instead of me answering questions, you guys should answer mine.

Oh I'm confident you will have your problem looked at eventually; I was trying firstly to confirm your initial slightly ambiguous information, plus make sure the Untangle link I'd found was the right one, for other forum members to work on when they arrive at your post, and secondly to suggest some self-help you could undertake while you were waiting for those other members to arrive at your post.J. This is a volunteer setup, unlike some others, and although there is often someone with a clue about ABE rule writing helping in here, you unfortunately got me this time. :-)

Just insert the following rule at the beginning of the SYSTEM ruleset in NoScript Options|Advanced|ABE (before the LOCAL rule):
(where ***.***.*.*/ is the IP you masked in your original report)
Code: Select all
Site http://***.***.*.*/
Accept
